Because of this, we’ll accomplish all that for you for free!Our professional technical staff will move your website content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got plenty of experience migrating websites and are able to handle anything – from a typical WordPress–driven weblog or Joomla^™–based website, to a very elaborate, custom–made app.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time interval, because there are lots of variables, including the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to migrate your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yes. We will need to have the name of the web site that you’d like us to move. We’ll also require a way to log into your current hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

A: Customer privacy is truly one of our leading concerns – for this reason, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–class SSL certificates. A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous hosting provider. Once we have finished the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If it is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is edit the name server records corresponding to your domain name. Your website will be transferred over to us with no downtime.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. In essence, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
